Thank you for meeting with us this morning to discuss the request concerning the Business Systems Analyst (BSA) role for the implementation of 2D Barcoding. Below are the notes I captured from our conversation:

Lori Tyler, who serves as the EA, was the individual who captured the evaluation back in June 2024. During that time, Bala was assigned as the BSA for this particular initiative; however, it was ultimately determined that there wasn’t a necessity for detailed requirements at this stage. This undertaking is classified as operational work, indicating that letters will need to be consistently added to the process of 2D barcoding. There are already detailed scripting requirements that have been provided regarding how to incorporate the L1 indicator.

The effort of this work should largely comprise of a PM driving the necessary activities forward. The very first step in this process is for Nicole Moore to provide a comprehensive list of the letters that need to be included in the master file list. Thomas has a meeting scheduled with the group tomorrow and Lori is available to attend. They will communicate the tasks outlined in the EA Evaluation once again and provide details on that discussion.
